Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 24 hours only. If 24 hours have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, you can mail us within 24 hours as it is not a physical product.
Additional non-returnable items include:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of receipt and whether your refund is approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 numbers of working days.
Sale Items
Only regular priced services may be refunded. Discounted Services are non-refundable.
Exchanges
